Care

We’ve taken care of the details for you — each bracelet comes in a keepsake box with a professional polishing cloth. Store it when you’re not wearing it to avoid scratches.

For sterling silver and 18K gold vermeil, please take off for bath & swimming, workouts, perfume and harsh chemicals to help prolong the life of safety coating made above the silver; solid 14K gold can be worn without that limits.

Warranty & returns

• Each piece is carefully checked before leaving our studio.

• If your jewelry arrives damaged or different from the description or personalization you entered, we’ll repair or remake it — it's our 100% quality warranty. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, keep the piece unworn, with our tag attached and in its original packaging.

• Non-personalized pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags and packaging included.

• For custom made and personalized pieces, we can’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or details entered incorrectly at checkout. Thank you for understanding and double-checking all names and dates before you place your order.
