Shipping policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on each product.

As our assortment consists of the custom made items we include different production time in each product. Time of production is included in the estimated time of the delivery, that you will see at the checkout. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with a tracking information.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition and complies with our return policy. The shipping costs for the return shiping are covered by the client. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bemomjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
