Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

General Return Conditions

• Items must be in their original packaging with the original tag attached.

• Items must be unused and unworn, free from scratches, physical damage, or any signs of wear.

Returns for Personalized Items

We accept returns for personalized jewelry; however, due to the complex reproduction process, a return fee of 15% of the total amount will apply. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we offer a full refund or replacement at no cost, including free return shipping. Please contact us at bemomjewelry@gmail.com to request a prepaid return label.

Return Request Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact us at bemomjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a reason for the return.

• Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds & Processing Time

• Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the order was a gift, we will provide store credit instead of a refund ( if it was personalized a return fee of 15% of the total amount will apply).

Important Considerations Before Ordering:

• Please review all item details, including sizes, shapes, and stone types, before placing your order. Returns based on overlooked product descriptions will not qualify for a fee-free return.

• If you wish to preview your engraving design before production, you can select this option at the checkout or write to us before the ordering. The engraving size is automatically adjusted for readability based on text length. As this process is automated for precision, engraving size is not a valid reason for a fee-free return.
